Jessica McKay is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I have access to information that you voluntarily give me via email, the contact form on my website, or other direct contact from you. I do not sell or rent this information to anyone. When you sign up to receive the free gifts offered on the Welcome page, or sign up to receive my newsletter, your name and email address are stored in my MailChimp account. I use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted me. I do not share your information with any third party outside of my business, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask me not to, I will contact you via email to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

I do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to my third-party payment processor (PayPal) whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy (below).

Sharing (Service Providers)

I use PayPal as a credit card processing company to bill users for services. See PayPal’s privacy policy here.

I use MailChimp to send newsletters and communicate with you. When any user signs up to receive communication from me, their name and email address are stored in my MailChimp account. These companies are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purposes of providing these services.

Children’s Privacy

My service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with personal data, please contact me. If I become aware that I have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, I take steps to remove that information from my computer and MailChimp account.
