If you missed Part 1 in my Blissful Life Series, read it here.
Step 2 to Creating a Blissful Life is to love what you have. How many of us actually have everything we want? Most of us believe we’ll be happy when we get (or achieve) something we think we want. When that day fails to arrive, or things we want don’t manifest quickly enough, our whole vibration gets diminished because we feel like we’re failing at life.
You are not failing at life. You may have big dreams that just haven’t manifested yet. That’s okay. Even if your dreams never come to fruition, your life is really an opportunity to experience and express yourself, not achieve or do. The key to a blissful life is feeling grateful for what you have right now.
Of course, it can be hard to feel grateful for what you have when you’re stuck doing things daily that you don’t like. To solve that issue, read part 1 of this series and learn how to begin releasing the activities that slow you down.
When you stop to consider how much wealth and support you actually have in your life, you’ll be amazed. The quickest way to understand what you truly have is to watch this short video by Louie Schwartzberg.
Did you watch the video? If you did, I’m willing to bet that your entire vibration is now different. I recommend watching it once a day until the message becomes ingrained. This video actually inspired Chapter 2 of my book, The Wisdom of a Psychic Cat. I highly recommend it! 🙂
Make a list of everything in your life that supports you, with an emphasis on the little things. Include your favorite drink on that list, along with the warm blankets on your bed that keep you warm in wintertime. By the time you’re finished making your list, your body will be in a state of relaxation about wealth and abundance. That state of relaxation is key to creating a blissful life. When you’re stressed out about finances and worrying that you may not “make it” — you feel unsupported.
No matter how much money is in your bank account, if you’re here and reading this post, life is supporting you right now. Oxygen is filling your lungs — and no matter how difficult things have been for you, you’ve survived and you’re here reading this message. If you are alive, you are being supported by the universe. You’re also supported when you’re dead, but that’s a topic for another day. 🙂
Make your gratitude list, revel in how much you actually have, and join me for Part 3 in the Blissful Life Series!
